Every-day-AWESOME Moments...

Dear Friends!

I recently received a GREAT book as a holiday gift (Thanks, Holly!). It's called The Book of Awesome by Neil Pasricha. He writes about every-day-AWESOME small moments that make us smile and are definitely worth recognizing.
I decided to create a space where we can all share and read about each other's AWESOME small moments. I hope this blog will encourage us to look for those little things that happen each day, the small moments that make us smile quietly to ourselves, or even laugh out loud!
So, start looking! Start sharing! And we will all smile a little more, laugh a little more, and appreciate the every-day-AWESOME in each day.

Unexpected snow days...

Waking up in a sleepy-haze, reaching over to grab the remote, and turning on the TV long enough to read that your district is OUT OF SCHOOL! Whether you're a teacher or a student...SNOW DAYS are ALWAYS AWESOME!!! (In fact, I think they get more awesome as you get older). I'm just waiting for this year's first snow day :)
